Our certifications
The Foundation, founded in May 1996, is the sole shareholder and supervisor of ERF B.V. The board of Stichting ERF is responsible for the temporary management and exploitation of reserve land in Flevoland, mainly around Lelystad and Almere. This is preferably done organically.
The (agricultural) activities are housed in ERF B.V and its participations. The Foundation has appointed a director-director in the BV. The Board of the Foundation supervises the activities of the BV and its director-director through the General Meeting of Shareholders. This meeting meets about 5 times a year. Management regulations have been drawn up for the Foundation and the BV in which further agreements and the vision on supervision are laid down.
